Annual Dues for 2025 are $89.00 (eighty-nine) per home.

The annual HOA meeting is scheduled for March 13, 2025, at 7:00 pm 

             The location will be the Finkenbinder Family Funeral Home at 25 W. Pine St. in Palmyra.

with Arbor Greene will be as follows:

April 26 & 27 and September 26 & 27

7:00 am to noon

Attention Realtors: Resale Certificates are required.  Effective 1-1-2019 they are $100.
